For three years, operating within the region. Assignments connected to oil and gas operations and security management. Providing inspection services and personnel to number of onshore and offshore facilities within the region, coordinating logistics with daily threat assessment, whites evac and medavac operations. As well pick up stranded personnel and machinery.
Small teams of 3-4 people travelling to various destinations with provided security.
I consider this time as a very intense eye-opening and learning experience. Threat was present from all possible sources, weather, animals, human and facilities.

Nigeria
The current conflict in the Niger Delta arose in the early 1990s over tensions between the foreign oil corporations and a number of the Niger Delta's minority ethnic groups who felt they were being exploited, particularly the Ogoni, Ibu, Ijaw and Ibene. Competition for oil wealth has fueled violence between innumerable ethnic groups, causing the militarization of nearly the entire region by ethnic militia groups as well as Nigerian military and police forces (notably the Nigerian Mobile Police).

Working with Eric Roth in Nigeria while i was a government inspector in the oil and gas sector for the Department of Petroleum Resources. I got the opportunity with experience the expertise of these man and flexibility considering the various factor to constant change in work scope, much pressure from HQ, we had a good working relationship with his Adaptive and flexible nature considering the unstable situation at the time in Niger Delta region of Nigeria due to militancy unrest at the time admits all these Eric proved determined to finish the project even though most of his colleagues at the time from Oceannering left the country due to security concern. Eric stayed back with the very few brave such as himself to complete the project at ExxonMobil OSO condensate platform offshore of the Gulf of Guinea in South-South Nigeria.
Eric is Level headed, flexible and intelligent person to work with. He is analytically good combined with his inventive and mind of ideas which naturally arise.
While i moved to the United Arab Emirates for another face of my career pursuit Eric help me transition into my currently role and company i work with his advices and healing abilities to sort your mind into the path you choose.
