I approach to teaching and coaching with principles I have learned throughout my life. I have been taught by the very best, just to name a few: Brian Bauerle - Asian Leadership Institute, K. Mojzych BCC or Wolfgang Schwartz businessman with 30 years experience.
Basis are in psychology, military efficiency, personal experience and holistic approach to the subject.
In my career I have trained hundreds of people in various systems and in different industries.

Very often using reverse psychology to establish good contact and solve arising problems.
Leadership style:
Lead by example,
Empower through personal coaching
Listen to truth not to bullshit(no blame culture, no excuses - reasons!)
Protect your subordinates, provide support,
Above all else... respect!
Give it to your teams and demand in return, never look down!
Understand spoken word is not enough.
Teach, what they do not know and have patience.
Do not judge, asses.
Punish ill will.
Envision future (task, project, etc) and share it through more than words.
Understand torus.
Understand energy not psychology.
Demand and be easy in sinusoid pattern.
Understand that high performance does not last.
Know you are not superman, delegate tasks and mange yourself efficiently.
Have integrity in leadership, in person, in personality, in character, in approach!
When looking in the mirror ... be proud of who you see!

It was Eric Roth who help me get into the Rope Access Industry.He vouched for my employment with Total Solutions Dubai back in 2010.I was reporting directly to him & our team was part of the proto-crew that pushed the success of Total Solutions Middle East & help create the current " biggest" Rope Access Company in UAE today.We started with the unknown Total Solutions back in 2010 with a skeleton crew of less than 30 people & with Eric Roth's Leadership & Professional Dedication on the field,We saw Total Solutions grow and become the No 1 Rope Access Company in Dubai & the whole UAE. Eric Roth is a highly efficient, imaginative, and very methodical Operations Manager whom I have have known and worked with for five years.
